I also understand that Rainbeau Ridge (RR) reserves the right to disqualify my entry if it finds that any of these warranties are not true. RR will not be required to refund my registration fee. I acknowledge that RR's decisions are final.

I have read the terms of the contest and I understand that this is a juried exhibit. I also read the exhibit dates and exhibitor requirements and I agree to these dates and terms.

I further agree that RR has the right to use my photos on its web-site or in print for publicity purposes. If RR wishes to use my photos for commercial purposes, I may at my discretion enter into separate discussions.
