Cooking Classes In Lisa's Kitchen

In Lisa's Kitchen cooking classes provide an opportunity to learn from talented local chefs in the farm's beautiful country kitchen (at 49 David's Way in Bedford Hills, NY). With small class sizes, the atmosphere is ideal to learn techniques, discover new ingredients or new twists on familiar ingredients, and enjoy new recipes. Classes offer hands-on experience and the chance to meet fellow cooks and chefs. They also make great gifts! Give a cooking class for a birthday or other special occasion! Just write the gift information in the comment field of the registration form.

Note that many of these courses and others can also be enjoyed privately. Choose from one of our seasonal themes (please inquire); gather 8-12 of your friends, family or colleagues; and enjoy a class all to yourselves! Private classes can be held in the mornings or evenings, and guests are free to bring wine or other beverages. E-mail Nicki for more information (nicki@rainbeauridge.com).

Our Early Fall Classes are now fully subscribed, but please register for our waiting list and we will let you know if a space becomes available.

GO TO THE COOKING CLASS WAITING LIST FORM.

The fee is $85 per class. Space is limited and all registrations will be confirmed. We do not offer refunds for classes you cannot attend. Read the Consent Terms.

Part 1 - Early Fall Registration
Start the fall season off right with four technique-based classes that you won't want to miss! The season begins with a knife skills class--a must for anybody who likes to cook or wants to learn how--then explores the techniques behind making incredible soups and sandwiches, preserving the season's bounty at home, and baking with whole grains and gluten-free flours.
