Cooking Classes In Lisa's Kitchen

In Lisa's Kitchen cooking classes provide an opportunity to learn from talented local chefs in the farm's beautiful country kitchen. With small class sizes, the atmosphere is ideal to learn techniques, discover new ingredients or new twists on familiar ingredients, and enjoy new recipes. Classes offer hands-on experience and the chance to meet fellow cooks and chefs. They also make great gifts! Give a cooking class for a birthday or other special occasion! Just write the gift information in the comment field of the registration form.

Note that many of these courses and others can also be enjoyed privately. Choose from one of our seasonal themes (please inquire); gather 8-12 of your friends, family or colleagues; and enjoy a class all to yourselves! Private classes can be held in the mornings or evenings, and guests are free to bring wine or other beverages. Email Lisa for more information (lisa@ainbeauridge.com).

All classes are from 9:30am-11:30am, except the three evening classes as noted. The fee for all classes is $75 except for the grilling workshop which is $150. We are now accepting only credit cards for class payment. Space is limited and all registrations will be confirmed. We do not offer refunds for classes you cannot attend. Note that registration for the evening classes goes through Chappaqua Continuing Ed, with the link provided in the description.
