Fall Fest 2007 was the best yet! The weather was incredibly cooperative and families enjoyed all that Rainbeau Ridge had to offer. The goats were friendly and it turns out that they can race too! Snooper gave smooth horse rides on his back. Hudson Milk Company provided delicious milk tastings and apple cider. Lyon's Rock entertained and debuted their original song, "For the Love of the Land" which is dedicated to Rainbeau Ridge and was written by Jeremy Sabath.

Garlic planting, face painting, farm bingo, fresh donuts and beekeeping demonstrations were wonderful.

We kicked-off the Local Eating Challenge and can't wait to share our experiences. In addition to Hudson Milk, the Organic Connection and Coffee Labs Roasters shared their local products available to participants. For more information on the Local Eating Challenge, click here.
