Warm Crusted Goat Cheese for Salad
Ingredients
1 log Rainbeau Ridge goat cheese, cut into 3/8” slices
Olive oil
Coating A:
Sesame seeds
Fresh thyme
Coarse black pepper
Or
Coating B:
Bread crumbs (panko)
Salt & pepper
Directions
- Mix coating ingredients
- Dip cheese slices in the mixture
- Heat oil in pan and sear quickly.
- Use immediately.
- Enjoy!
