HOLIDAY BAKING WITH RED BARN BAKERY

We’ve loved Red Barn Bakery’s organic baked goods for years, and we’re thrilled that owner and “baker supreme” Randell Dodge will be sharing her secrets in this mouthwatering class all about holiday baking! Randell will show you how to make some of her holiday favorites, from a savory tart that can be made in advance (and is great for entertaining), to a to-die-for chocolate “moose” cake, to festive cut-out cookies. These organic and scrumptious recipes are the perfect way to add more fun to the season!

Want to learn how to chop like the pros (and cut your prep time in half)? The knife is by far the most important tool in the kitchen, and knowing how to properly handle it makes cooking faster, easier and safer. In this hands-on class, Chef Nicki will teach you how to choose the right knife for the job, how to properly hold and handle different knives, how to master basic cuts and techniques, and how to keep your cutlery in stellar condition. This is a great class for anyone who wants to become more efficient in the kitchen! Please bring 2-3 of your favorite knives, including a chef’s knife if you have one (if not, let us know).
