In Lisa's Kitchen Cooking Class Consent Terms

Please read the following carefully before registering for a cooking class. You must acknowledge your acceptance of these terms during registration.

I acknowledge that I am registering for cooking classes In Lisa’s Kitchen at Rainbeau Ridge and that my registration fee is non-refundable. If the class is cancelled by Rainbeau Ridge due to chef unavailability, I will receive a refund of my registration fee. I understand that I will not receive a refund for classes I cannot or do not attend, including classes that are rescheduled to the specified snow date, if applicable.

I certify that I have no condition that prohibits full participation in this program at Rainbeau Ridge and I understand that I am responsible for any food allergy issues I may have. I assume all ordinary risks in participating in this program and agree not to hold Rainbeau Ridge or any of its instructors, employees or volunteers liable for any injury or damage which may occur to me or any of these enrollees as a result of our participation in this program or related activities. I hereby release Rainbeau Ridge, its agents, employees and volunteers for any liability for accidents while participating in these activities at Rainbeau Ridge. I understand that Rainbeau Ridge does not have professional medical personnel on staff and that, in case of emergency, Rainbeau Ridge will contact 911 for emergency assistance.

Rainbeau Ridge is not responsible for personal property.

At Rainbeau Ridge, photographers may take random photos and videos of participants during the programs. By registering for the class(es) and accepting these terms, I am agreeing that such photos and videos may be used by Rainbeau Ridge at its discretion.

I have read and understood the above terms and I acknowledge acceptance of these terms and am registering voluntarily.
