What's CAP?
CAP is our "Community Agricultural Partnership". If you'd like to buy from Rainbeau Ridge's weekly produce, cheese and eggs at the farm, as well as from other vendors vetted by Rainbeau Ridge, you need to become one of a limited number of CAP Members. Only CAP Members will be allowed to purchase the farm's products at the farm.
We encourage you to read all of the information about CAP that follows along with our CAP FAQs.
Registration began on February 3rd and, due to overwhelming demand, we are now only taking names for our waiting list for the 2010 CAP season. Go the CAP Waiting List Form.

CAP gives you access to Local, Organically-Cultivated Farm Products
Background
For the past seven years, Rainbeau Ridge has been growing a wide range of produce and making it available to the community. It was inspired by the recognition that most people will not choose to farm for themselves and reflected our effort to bring the farm experience closer for those who want it.
At Rainbeau Ridge we have a commitment to the land and respect for the awesomeness of nature, hoping to impart this feeling to others. We are dedicated to sustainable agriculture and a desire to educate consumers, adults and kids alike, about where and how food is grown, emphasizing an appreciation for seasonality and the rhythm of nature. We believe in the power of food experiences in building community—through communal meals, cooking classes, joint bread baking and the like.
As we begin our eighth growing season, we will continue to bring our neighbors more of the high quality, delicious, unique produce, eggs, cheese, honey and other products they’ve come to associate with Rainbeau Ridge.
Membership
For those who value freshness and quality of their food, we are offering a limited number of Rainbeau Ridge CAP memberships. Your membership allows you exclusive weekly access to our farm produce, cheese, eggs and other local products. (Non-members are not able to purchase from the farm.)

Once you are a member, you can buy your choice of products on a weekly basis even in early spring pre-season, continuing throughout the growing cycle and lasting as long as the post-season permits. The core season is from April 1st through Thanksgiving. All products will be available on a first come, first served basis.
