Rainbeau Ridge was founded in 2002 and operates as a sustainable farm in the suburbs of New York City under the visionary leadership of Lisa Schwartz. While not currently offering public programs, Rainbeau Ridge still operates its farm with goats, chickens, cows, sheep and honeybees with sustainable practices throughout.
